Adult Wellness Programming

Step One:
Fitness Assessment and Personal Wellness Plan


As a new member you will meet with one of our Certified Fitness Professionals who will perform a comprehensive consultation and goal assessment. This meeting will ensure that you will head in the right direction, based on your goals and abilities. From there, your Fit Pro will assist you in developing a program that utilizes all the assets of  your membership including nutrition coaching, group exercise, and personal or small group training.

Step Two:  Program Design & Implementation

Once we determine your goals and uncover any limitations, we can design a personal program that will be tailored to your goals. Your program design will address all your cardiovascular and strength training goals along with flexibility and balance needs.  A nutrition overview including a macronutrient breakdown and supplement analysis is also included.


Step Three:  Workout

After your program statistics are determined, we will format and guide you through your initial workout.  Your Certified Fit Pro will coach you on tempo, technique, and form.  Simply show up and pick up your future workouts at the Information Center and we'll guide you every step of the way.
